There are some features that you may not redo once you have chosen it, so make choices you will not regret. 3 of the above will not change the effects, but Talent Points will change the effects of the Main Character, and selecting dialogues will change how the story will progress.

Chest Items Are Dependent On The Level
You can get lots of items from the treasure chests, but the insides are all random. When the Main Character's level is high, then there is a better chance of getting higher status items, so you will receive stronger items in the later part of the games. There is no problem in opening the chests, but you do not have to look around vigorously in the beginning of the game.
It Is Not Recommended To Purchase In The Beginning
There is a tendency of trying to purchase stronger items at shops, but as the same as the treasure chests, the higher the level of the Main Character, the items lineup changes in the shop. You do not have much money in the beginning of the game, so it is not recommended to purchase in the beginning.
Be Careful Not To Use Too Much Money
Money is needed to purchase items to complete Main Quests and purchase Brooms. Until you are ready to farm money, it is not recommended to use too much money in the beginning.
How To Quickly Progress?
Revelio Is The Most Useful Searching Spell
Revelio is a spell that you can use from the beginning, and it will reveal hidden puzzels, or treasure chests behind walls. It will help find puzzles and treasure chests that you had missed, so this is a very important spell to learn.
Listen To The Sound To Check Anything You Might Have Missed
If an object related to Challenge is located within the Revelio range, the sound of bell will be played when used. The closer to the object, the louder the sound effect, so you can Revelio to look for missing objects.

Search The Field After Getting A Broom
When you ride a broom, the speed increases greatly. Also when you ride the broom and use Revelio, you may search in a wider range than usual. If you want to efficiently search the field, then it is recommended to get a broom.

Unlock Fast Travel
In Hogwarts Legacy, the Fast Traveling system can be accessed by going to the place called Floo Flames. Look for Green Frame Icon in the map, and unlock the Floo Flames when you have chance, so it can be used to reduce the time to travel▶How To Fast Travel - Teleport And Floo Flames Guide
Finding Eye Chests For Farming Money
There are Eye Treasure Chests around areas, if you find one, use Disillusionment so the Eye can not see you and you will be able to open it. Inside there is 500 Galleons so it is a good way to farm money.

Leveling Up With Collecting Field Guides
You can gain 80 XP for each Field Guide you collect. You can find Field Guides in various areas as a form of flying books and papers. This can be obtained by solving a puzzle. In the beginning of the game, this method is a great way to gain experience points.
You may search for them to level up, and you may also gather them when you find them. If you just do Main Quests then you will have trouble leveling up so try to collect them when you can.
Complete Side Quests At The Same Time
You may progress to complete the story by finishing Main Quests, but it is recommended to enjoy the Hogwarts World by also completing Side Quests. It is not just for the original Harry Potter fans, it will also help finish the story in an efficient way.

What To Do When You Struggle
What To Do When Puzzles Are Hard To Solve
- Use Revelio in all different parts
- Listen to the dialogue the Main Character is saying
- Try casting different Spells
- Look for different types of Puzzles
When you use Revelio, Puzzles will be easier to identify. Also when you get closer to a puzzle, the Main Character will use different dialogue so it might hint out the location. Also there is a variety of different types of Puzzles so try evaluating what Puzzle you are looking for.
What To Do When You Can Defeat Battles
- Decrease the Difficulty
- Strenthen up by Leveling Up
- Collect a lot of Healing Items
- Try looking at Battle & Combat Systems
You may change the difficulty level at any time, so if you think it is hard then you can rechallenge after decreasing the level. If you still can not defeat it, you can learn the basic battle and combat systems to rechallenge again.
