How To Get Trophies That Are Difficult To Obtain
Most Trophies Can Be Obtained In One Round
Most trophies are obtained from doing the Main Quests, Challenges, and Collections on which can be both acquired on the first round. Although there are many items, more than half of them can be accomplished even before the Main Quests is completed.

These "play as a student of a" particular House trophy can only be achieved by completing the Main Quests up to The Map Chamber for each House you belong to. In fact, you need to play 4 rounds of the game (though it is only up to the beginning of the game), so you cannot achieve it in just one game.

In Hogwarts Legacy, experience points can only be obtained by completing Challenges. These challenges includes a wide range of actions like defeating enemies, solving field puzzles in various places, and doing side quests. The level of difficulty in acquiring this Trophy is high because it is not possible to obtain it until you have actually reached level 40.

One of the most difficult objective is the "Complete all collections". Other than rewards, it is an overall goal that can be progressed by doing side quests and main quests. You'll need to earn 100% completion across all objectives in the Collections such as the Main Quest and Side Quests to unlock this Trophy.
