Character Creation
The name, face, gender, and voice you choose for your character during the initial Character Creation cannot be changed, so choose carefully. The Hairstyle and the Hair Color can be changed later on.
The Dormitory Bedroom Varies By Gender
Although it does not make any difference in the game, the Dormitory you use will vary depending on which gender you choose. The choice between a Witch and Wizard will determine which bedroom you will use.
House Selection
Your House will also be permanent, and once you choose which one you will have, it cannot be changed. At the time of the above image, you can manually choose which House you want, so make sure to pick the one you prefer!

Wand Material Selection
Once you've chosen the materials of your wand, it cannot be changed afterward. Do note that the Wand Material and its appearance do not affect any gameplay performance. You are free to choose your favorite material and appearance for it.

Use Of Talent Points
Talents are a training element that is unlocked midway through the game. Talent Points are needed to unlock Talents. However, there is no way to undo their use, so decide carefully before using your Talent Points!

The choices that come up during conversations with characters are irreversible elements. Take note that you have to choose carefully since if you refuse a character's request or give a bad response, it may affect your friendship in the story.

You Can Learn Them Later, But...
Even after choosing not to learn any of the Unforgivable Curses in the Dark Arts, if you speak again to Sebastian in Undercroft, he will ask you, "Which one do you want to learn?". We can say that it is an element that, in a sense, may be reversed.
However, you may lose the chance to relearn these with Sebastian depending on the choices you have made in the story that may be irreversible.

Also Pay Attention To Side Quest Options
If the shop owner is the requester of a certain side quest, such as the "Rescuing Rococo" or "Absconder Encounter", be careful with the dialogue choices in the conversation. If you make a bad choice, you will not be able to buy things at the store. It is best to save data before handing items over so you can load it up and try again if you make a mistake.
Room Of Requirement Can Only Be Explored Once
You will be able to enter the Room Of Requirement in the middle of the story, although you can only do a little exploring on the piles of items along the way. Inside, there is one treasure chest and a place where Harry Potter fans can find the Golden Snitch as seen in the movie series. There's no item that can be of use later on but it will be fun checking out the place since it is a one-time event you can only experience once in the game.

The Treasure Chest Can Only Be Opened Once
The contents of the treasure chest are random but the level of the gear changes depending on the level of your character. There won't be many opportunities to get gear at higher levels if all treasure chests are unlocked previously when your character's level is low.

The best course of action is to reserve the treasure chests, particularly those that contain easy-to-get rare gears, until you get to the mid-game and open them after the player's level has improved.

Opening A Cage
You won't be able to progress some side quests like Take the Biscuit when the cage where the mooncalf was locked is opened even before the quest mission was given. Character Appearance
Hairstyles, Hair Color, Makeup, and other minor character appearance elements can be changed at Madame Snellin's Tress Emporium in Hogsmeade. Changing your appearance will cost 20 galleons each time, so be careful with the amount of Galleons you have.

Selling Gear
Items and the contents from Chests are randomized, wherein the type of Gear and their appearance are different. The higher the level of the Gear, the stronger it is, so it's no problem to change your Gear as you go along. However, if you sell or throw them away, it might become difficult to get another one of that Gear again.
