When you arrive to your destination, Sebastian will be standing there. Talk to him and enter the Catacomb.
There will Spiders on the way so defeat them while you go. There will be Spider Webs and Doors so use spells to destroy them.

When you progress further you will come out to an altar like place. In the middle there will be a memo so pick it up and speak to Sebastian.

When you destroy the barricade, you will need to bring the bones to the door. Long press "Accio" and activate "Wingardium Leviosa" and add the bones. If you bring 3 of the bones, the door will open.

One of the bones is in the room in the back. The door is closed so destroy it with "Accio".
When you progress further, you will speak to Sebastian giving you the option to learn "Imperio" or not. Here you will want to choose [Yes, I'd like to learn the Imperius Curse.] which allows you to learn "Imperio".
You May Learn It Later On...
If you choose "I'd prefer not to learn the Imperius Curse." you can still learn "Imperio" later on in the game. When you do want to learn, after completing the quest, speak to Sebastian in the Crypt.
Situations You May Not Learn（Spoiler）The 2nd Option Decides If You Will Not Learn
When you complete the quest to learn "Avada Kedavra" then the quest "In The Shadow of Fate" will start. Speak to Ominis to decide if you are going to turn Sebastian in or not. If you choose to [Turn him in] then you can not meet Sebastian and will not be able to learn the Unforgivable Curses. You will not be able to redo this step so if you are wanting to learn Unforgivable Curses please choose your options wisely.

The rock room will be blocked off by a barricade so you will need bones to open it. There are bones inside the 2 pictured rock doors, so open the 2 matching drawers in order with "Accio". Add the bones that come out to the barricade and you can move forward.

On The Road There Is A White Treasure Chest

There is a wall that you can break near the rock room. When you go inside there is a white treasure chest. It is a fixed Legendary Gear, so you want it don't forget to grab it. If you are planning to get it after completion or wanting to reroll then you can skip for now.

There will be a relic when you progress further, pick it up and speak to Sebastian.
With The Dialogue You Choose, You Will Learn Imperio
If you have not learned "Imperio" at ⑤, by choosing an option with Omnis conversation, you will be made to learn "Imperio". If you don't want to learn "Imperio" then choose carefully.

If you chose the options above you will not be able to leave until you learn Imperio.
When you return to Feldcroft, Anne (little sister) and Solomon (Uncle) are being attacked by Goblins. Jump into battle and help them. After that speak to Sebastian → Solomon then you have completed the quest.
