'Beeting' a Curse - Chart Guide

- Speak to Samantha in the Greenhouse
- Go to the Dale Family Tomb

When you speak to Samantha near the Greenhouse in Hogwarts, you will receive a Side Quest. She will ask you to relieve her brother from the curse.
The Dale Family Tomb is located east of "Brocburrow"s Fast Travel. If you are going there for the first time, then set up a waypoint and head there.
When you enter the Dale Tomb, you will want to return the Marmaduke's Crest. In the dungeon, you can find a Conjuration in a Treasure Chest so don't forget to get that. In the middle there will be a tree branch, but you can destroy that with Confringo.

In front of the room where you set the crest, there is a Riparian Troll that appears. Even if you don't defeat it you can complete the Side Quest, but if you want to complete the Infamous Foe Challenge then go ahead and defeat it.

When you have set the Marmaduke's Crest, then return to the Greenhouse and speak to Samantha and complete the Side Quest.

Conjuration: Totem
Item that you can set up in Room of Requirement.
XP+180
As a reward, you will earn XP+180. Challenge it when you need to raise your level to learn new spells.

It appears when the "Charles Rookwood's Trial" in the Rookwood Castle is completed.
