Looking at the map, you can see the instructions drawn in the map like Forbidden Forest, Night, Bridge, Lumos and Candlestick. The location indicated by the map seems to be near the Forbidden Forest. If you want to check the map again, you can see it from the Inventory Quest items.
The place shown on the map is the Forbidden Forest, so open the map and Fast Travel to there.
After you arrived by Fast Travel, you'll see a bridge on your left. That's the bridge in the quest objective, so move to the front of the bridge. If it is currently morning or afternoon, change the time to night, as this quest will not start until the nighttime. To change the time, open the map and press R3 or F key for PC.
How To Change Time Guide
At night, use Lumos on the bridge. Then, candles will appear on the entrance side of the bridge, and when you get close to them, they will start moving.

Candles will come out on the side of the bridge where the Fast Travel is.
Follow the candles and they will lead you into the forest. When you reach the objective, a treasure chest will appear, and if you open it, the quest will be completed.

After completing you will receive 180XP and 400G, and Treasure-Seeker's Scarf as a reward. If you know the location, then you will not have to battle and can complete it in a short period of time.

Preparation: Complete Trials Of Merlin
In the main story, you must help Nora who is being harassed by someone, and complete the Trials of Merlin.

After you complete the Trials of Merlin, different event will activate according to the house that you are in. In the event, you will be able to find the Ghost Of Our Love Map, but the location of the map will differentiate according to your house.
Gryffindor: On Top Of The Tomb Of Headless Hunt
You can find the map at the location where you participated in the Headless Hunt for the Main Quest "The Hunt for the Missing Pages". After completing the Trials of Merlin, you will be called by Nearly-Headless Nick. When you progress in the story, you will participate in the Headless Hunt.
Ravenclaw: Get At The Owl Tower
You can find the letter on the rooftop of the Owl Tower which you can enter by Main Quest "Ollivander's Heirloom".
Hufflepuff: Upper Hogsfield
There is a box behind the Claire Beaumont store in Upper Hogsfield. When you open the box, there is a map inside which will activate the quest "Ghost of Our Love Map".
Slytherin: Cave Past The Coast
You can find the map in the cave past the coast during the main quest "Scrope's Last Hope".
