- Speak to Betty in Hogsmeade Courtyard
- Head to the Forbidden Forest
- Capture a Unicorn
- Report to Betty
When you speak to Betty at the Hogsmeade Courtyard, you will receive a Side Quest. She will ask you to rescue her friend Unicorn, Hazel.
After you speak with Betty then head to the Unicorn's Den in the Forbidden Forest. Fast Travel to Upper Hogsmeade and it will be easier to head there.
If you don't use spells then it is hard for you to capture Unicorns. Hide yourself with Disillusionment and use Levioso or Glacius to stop their movements and make it easier for you to catch them.

In the den there are other Unicorns than Hazel. Make sure to check the name in the top right of the screen and capture the correct Unicorn.
When you capture the Unicorn then report back to Betty. From the dialogue, if you choose [We're fine and yes - for a fee] then you will receive 500G. But if you choose [We're fine and yes, I do] then you will not receive money.
The Unique Unicorn - Rewards
Conjuration: Wooden Maiden
Item that you can set up in Room of Requirement.
XP+180
As a reward, you will earn XP+180. Challenge it when you need to raise your level to learn new spells.

It appears when the main story "Niamh Fitzgerald's Trial" is completed.
