- Speak to Professor Weasley in the Room of Requirement
- Bring out Floor Ornaments 5 times
- Learn the Altering Spell and alter the Item
- Change the Balcony's Floor
- Have Deek change the style of the Room
Unlock the Room of Requirement, and when you speak to Professor Weasley, she will tell you to collect Moonstone. You only need to gather 1, so if you don't have any, then you can easily find it outside of the Hogwarts Castle so go look for some.
Field With Moonstones
Exit from the South Exit Hogwarts, then head right and there are Moonstones on the rocky area.
With the Conjuring Spell, bring out Floor Ornaments. This can be either chairs or rugs. Even if you bring out chairs that are not useful 3 times, you can erase them with "Evanesco" and your Moonstones will come back.
You will learn a spell that can change the items' locations and or colors. As practice, change the items style, color and size and the event will progress.
Not only the furniture and the items that you can set you can also change the floor and part of the balcony.
Lastly, you can speak to the House-Elf Deek and he will change the style of the room for you. In the picture, we have made it so the Moon is shining in.

After Unlocking Room Of Requirement
Once you reach the Map Chamber from Jackdaw's Cave, then head back to Hogwarts first. When you return, you will hear from Professor Weasley.
