Talk to Duncan on the first floor of the Astronomy Wing. You will be asked to go to the "Hidden Herbology Corridor" and start the Quest.
Follow the guide to the entrance of the hidden passage. Cast Incendio and burn the vines to enter.
You will find the Devil's Snare that appears in the Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. The light from Lumos will make the vines slither back into the walls, so always use it.
There is a huge Venomous Tentacula in the back hall. Examine it and get a leaf. There is an entrance to the Hogwarts Grounds in the back, so head straight there.
Talk to Duncan on the first floor of Astronomy Wing again to receive a reward. You will get rewarded with a 180 XP and a Venomous Tentacula Robe .

Venomous Valour - How To Unlock
Learn Spell "Incendio"
Venomous Valour can be gotten from the Herbology's Hidden Road, but the vines at the entrance must be burned off by "Incendio". You can learn this spell by completing the Main Quest: Professor Hecat's Assignment.
Go Through Pungent Passage
Go west from the Rhinoceros Skeleton in Astronomy Wing. When you open the door, it will lead to the Pungent Passage and a Quest will be activated.
