- Speak to the Portrait in the Library
- Speak to Astoria at Three Broomsticks

- Bring back the Portrait to either Three Broomsticks or Hog's Head
When you speak to the portrait that is near the Hogwart's library, you will receive a Side Quest. It will ask you to save the other portrait and bring it back to Three Broomsticks.
Speak to Astoria in the Three Broomsticks located in Hogsmeade and she will tell you where the other portrait is located. Head to the camp that is close to the coast.
The camp that you are looking for is at the southeast of the world map. Marunweem's Fast Travel is the closest location. If you have not been there yet, set up a way point and take the broom and head there.
When you arrive to the camp, defeat all the enemies. Afterwards climb down the stairs that has near the Merlin Trials, and save the portrait that is in the basement. To open the door you will need Alohomora and Level 2 Lock is required.
After you rescue the portrait, head back to Three Broomsticks or Hog's Head. The reward will not change whether location you choose to return the portrait, but Ferdinand's reaction will change.

As a reward, you will earn XP+180. Challenge it when you need to raise your level to learn new spells.

It appears when you complete the quest of finding the portrait fragment with Sebastian, which is part of the Main Story "Prepare for Your O.W.L.S."
