Speak to Crispin Dunne, who is in "Three Broomsticks" which is in the center of Hogsmeade. The details of the side quest is that spiders has attacked Aranshire and he would like you to look for his friend Mary.
Aranshire is located east of Hogwarts, and close to the station. There is a Fast Travel, but there are spiders roaming the town, so once you enter the town, battles will begin.
Mary's house is right next to the Fast Travel. When you defeat the spiders and enter the house, you will find Mary. When you read the memo, you will find out the story of the spider attack.
It looks like the spiders are spawning from the underground of Mary's home. Head around the back and enter the underground entrance.
While defeating the spiders, also destroy the Spider Eggs with Incendio or Confringo so no new spiders can hatch.
To investigate where the spiders are coming from, look into the room at the back and the Insatiable Spider will appear. Defeat it and report to Dunne what had happened to Mary. The reward will not be changed by the option of dialogue. You can tell him the truth or not.
