Creature Enamel is most commonly found growing along the walls of the Needler Nest. This resource is encased inside a shell called an "Enamel Husk", so you need to use a Sonic Resonator to gather it.

The Needler Nest is home to numerous aggressive fish called "Needler Mango". If you want to gather Creature Enamel safely, fabricate a few Distraction Flares to draw their attention while you gather Creature Enamel.

Enamel Husks resemble a solidified mass with multiple, large, white protrusions sticking out of it. Since these can be seen from afar, mark their locations in your head before approaching the nest so you can gather and leave quickly.
