What is Ward?

When a Follower with Ward is on the field, you can only select Followers with Ward to attack. If there are multiple Followers with Ward, you can choose to attack any of the Followers with Ward.

By playing a Ward follower, you can prevent attacks on your leader and other followers. Plays like preventing damage from Storm, and protecting valuable powerful cards that you don't want to be destroyed are especially powerful.

Ignore Ward in Some Situations
Intimidate Takes Priority Over Ward
If the follower has both Ward and Intimidate, Intimidate will be prioritized and effects from Ward will be disregarded.
