Evolve for Field Control
Evolution Dragoncraft dominates the field through relentless evolved followers that wear down the opponent, then finishes with Sandalphon, Primarch Successor or Storm. Its mix of removal, healing, and draw makes it exceptionally strong in long, attrition‑heavy games, which gives it the tools to outlast most opponents.
Evo Dragoncraft Deck - How to Play
Play Followers and Ramp-Up in the Early Game

In the early game, play Ramp-Up cards to increase your max Play Points. By boosting your Play Points, you can play powerful high-cost cards early. If you can't boost in the early game, develop low-cost Followers to avoid losing DP.
Clear the Field and Continue Ramping in the Midgame

In the midgame, continue developing followers and use evolution to clear the field while ramping further. If you have cards with Skybound Art or Super Skybound Art in hand, evolving helps you reach their activation conditions for the late game.
Create a Powerful Field with Super-Evolution

In the late game, use the Super‑Evolution of Neptune or Olivia to clear the opponent’s board and establish your own. Super‑Evolution also charges the Skybound Art/Super Skybound Art of cards in your hand and reduces the cost of Wise Guardian Dragon, setting up explosive follow‑up turns.
Build a Field and Gain Evolutions with Skybound Art

Meg and Gran & Djeeta's Skybound Arts grant auto‑evolution, which is excellent for contesting the field while charging your Super Skybound Arts. Use them as a bridge toward your late‑game finishers and to chain additional evolutions
Finish with Sandalphon's Super Skybound Art

Once you've gained enough evolutions to charge Sandalphon's Super Skybound Art, wait for a moment when the opponent's field is weak, then play it to finish off their defense in one go. By continuously applying pressure with a strong field, your opponent will struggle to clear it, increasing the likelihood that they'll pass the turn back to you with a weak board.
Chipping Away Damage with Storm or Erntz is Also Powerful

If Sandalphon alone can’t close the game, look for opportunities to chip away at the opponent’s defense with an Enhanced Galmieux or an evolved Erntz. Your goal is to push them into Sandalphon’s lethal range.
Mulligan Guide for the Evo Dragoncraft
Keep Ramp-Up Cards and Low-Cost Followers
| Ramp-Up Cards | |
|---|---|
Dragonsign | Liu Feng, Goldennote Ward |
| Low-Cost Followers | |
Filene, Whitefrost Bloom | Ocean Rider |
Jellyfish Dancer | Yube, Crestpetal |
It’s a good idea to prioritize Ramp‑Up cards and low‑cost followers you can play early. Your early turns become far more consistent when you avoid passing and maintain tempo.
Keep Mid-Game Cards as a Set
| Keep with the above cards | ||
|---|---|---|
Gran & Djeeta, Valiant Skyfarers | Galmieux, Ardor Manifest | Meg, Girl Next Door |
If your opening hand already includes Ramp‑Up cards or low‑cost followers, you should also keep strong midgame cards like Galmieux, Meg, or Gran & Djeeta. These cards benefit greatly from having Skybound Art ready, so keeping them together creates a smoother curve.
When Going 2nd, Keep Sloth of the Crestpetal by Itself

When going second, Sloth of the Crestpetal is a strong standalone keep, as it can cleanly handle two early followers and stabilize the board.
