Group Promotion and Demotion Conditions
Group Promotion and Demotion Based on Win Rate

In Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, group promotion and demotion are determined by your recent win rate. However, the official website and in-game sources do not clarify how many matches are factored into this evaluation, so the exact threshold remains unknown.
Our Theory: It's Calcuted Within 20 Matches
After extensive Ranked Match testing by our strategy team, we believe promotion and demotion are triggered by reaching specific win/loss thresholds within your most recent 20 matches (10 matches for Topaz to Emerald tiers). Once placed, your group appears to remain stable until those thresholds are met again.
※Warning: This is a theory based on our own internal testing, so please treat it as a suggestion and not an official confirmation.
Win/Loss Count Resets on Group Change
When your group changes, your win/loss count resets to 0, and tracking begins fresh in the new group.
Group Changes Can Trigger Before 20 Matches
Group changes may occur even before completing 20 matches, as long as the specified win/loss threshold is reached.

Demotion Conditions for Ruby and Below Still Under Review

Diamond Promotion Is a True Skill Check
Reaching and maintaining Diamond, the highest group, is extremely challenging. Unlike other ranks where you can rise even with some losses here and there, Diamond seems to be the true test of player skill in this game.
Skipping Promotions are Still Unconfirmed
While our strategy team has not verified it, skip promotions may be possible. If you’ve experienced or confirmed one, please share your experiences in our comments section.
