Develop the Board With Kukishiro’s Crest
Kukishiro Havencraft overwhelms the board through Kukishiro, Mistbloom’s Crest, to flood the field as the game progresses. Its strength lies in its explosive, fast‑paced turns, since you can build an entire board simply by drawing cards.
Odd Havencraft Deck - How to Play
Cycle Your Draws in the Early Game

In the early game, play Serene Sanctuary or World of Games to keep drawing cards. This deck becomes much stronger after you play Kukishiro, Mistbloom, so the early turns are all about preparing your hand.
Remove Enemy Followers with De La Fille’s Gleaming Gems or Resolve of the Mistbloom

Use De La Fille’s Gleaming Gems or Resolve of the Mistbloom to remove enemy followers. If you Engage when playing Troue, Heroic Visionary, you can clear the field while restoring your defense at the same time.
Save Your Engage Effects When Needed
Depending on your hand and the situation on the field, you may want to save the Engage effects from De La Fille’s Gleaming Gems and Resolve of the Mistbloom. You’ll often want De La Fille’s destroy effect for strong enemy followers, and both cards draw more effectively after you play Kukishiro, Mistbloom, so timing matters.
Use Salefa to Handle Wide Boards

If your opponent fills their side of the field before your evolution turns, use Salefa, Guardian of Water to clear their followers. However, using Salefa too early may leave you unable to answer threats like Zwei, Symphonic Heart or Zirconia, Ironcrown Ward, so it’s best to spend your EP in response to your opponent’s strongest plays.
Grant Grimnir's Crest

Play Grimnir, Heavenly Gale to give your leader a Crest. Doing this before playing Kukishiro, Mistbloom makes it much easier to Super‑Evolve Holy Falcon.
Play Kukishiro, Mistbloom and Keep Drawing

After playing Kukishiro, Mistbloom, keep drawing cards. By drawing, you can put Storm followers like Holy Falcon and Ward followers like Fox of Purity onto the field for 0 cost. The game plan here is to finish off the enemy with Holy Falcon.
Finish with Buffs from Jeanne

When Holy Falcon enters the field from an amulet’s draw effect, aim to finish the game by buffing it with Jeanne, Saintly Knight. This play can also boost the damage of any other followers you still have on the field
Mulligan Guide for the Odd Havencraft
Keep 1-Cost Amulets, Grimnir, and Kukishiro
Keep Serene Sanctuary and World of Games for early card draw, Grimnir for early removal through Crests, and Kukishiro, the most important card in the deck. The deck simply cannot function without Kukishiro, so you should always try to secure at least one copy in your opening hand.
Keep 3-Cost Amulets as a set
Alongside your other keeps, hold onto your 3‑cost Amulets. They help you remove enemy followers early, making them valuable tools for stabilizing the early game.
Keep Salefa against Decks that are strong at swarming the board

If you’re facing a deck that plays many followers quickly, keep Salefa, Guardian of Water. By evolving Salefa, you can recover even if you fall behind early. It's especially effective against decks like Puppet Portalcraft or Oluon Swordcraft.
