Obtain from the Special Reward Chance

When you accumulate 250 Card Pack Points through purchasing Card Packs, a Special Reward will activate. At that time, one random item from 4 types of Exchange Tickets and 3 types of Fully Animated Cards will be offered, and you can choose whether to claim it.

Earn 100 More Points to Choose Any Item

If you’re satisfied with the reward, you can claim it immediately. If you’d rather pick something else, you can exchange it for any reward you prefer by collecting an additional 100 Pt.

Right now, the only way to get Fully Animated Cards is through the “Special Reward.” Keep in mind that they cannot be obtained from packs.
