What is Enhance?
Spend more Play Points
Enhance is a Fanfare ability that activates when you play a card by spending more Play Points than its original Cost.
Enhance is the Number of Play Points spent
When activating an Enhance ability, instead of its original Cost, you play it by spending a number of Play Points equal to the value of number beside Enhance. When you don't have enough remaining Play Points to meet the Enhance value, it is played as its normal Cost.

Enhance is Mandatory
When playing a card with Enhance, if your remaining Play Points are equal to or greater than the Enhance value, the Enhance effect are mandatory.
How to Avoid Using Enhance
If you don't want to use the Enhance effect, you need to spend Play Points with other cards to lower your remaining Play Points below the Enhance value.
Refers to the Original Cost
Even if you pay a higher cost with Enhance, the card is still considered to have its original cost. Be careful when there are cards that refer to a follower's cost.
