How to Get Exchange Tickets and Probabilities

  1. Get from Card Packs with a 0.06% chance
  2. Get from the Lucky Chest

0.06% Chance from Card Packs

Get from Card Packs with a 0.06% Chance

You can get Exchange Tickets with a 0.06% chance when purchasing Card Packs. There are four types of tickets with different characters in the first set.

Completed Tickets are Unobtainable

If you have completed the character's "Leader Skin," "Card Style," and "Visage Set", the Exchange Ticket for that character will no longer be obtainable.

Get from the Lucky Chest

When you accumulate card pack points, which you get 1pt for each pack purchased, a Lucky Chest will appear. For the first 250pt, you will randomly receive one of the rewards.

Reach 350 Points to Choose

If you didn't get the ticket for the character you were looking for, you can accumulate an additional 100pt to exchange for the reward of your choice.

Get Skins and More for Target Characters

Get Skins and More for Target Characters

By using an Exchange Ticket, you can choose and exchange it for one of three sets, including the target character's Leader Skin.

Leader Skin Set

This is a set that includes a Leader Skin, Sleeves, Emblem, and Flair.

Card Style & Home Screen Background

Card Style & Home Screen Background

This is a set that includes a Card Style, which changes the appearance of your cards, and a Home Screen Background that can be set as your home screen background.

Visage Set

This is a Visage Set that can be used within Shadowverse Park to change the appearance of your avatar.

Unobtainable after Getting All 3 Sets

Once you have exchanged for all set types for the same character, that ticket will no longer be obtainable, and its drop rate will be distributed among the Exchange Tickets for other characters.

Tickets Expire in 180 Days

Exchange Tickets expire 180 days from the date they are obtained. Be aware that if the expiration date passes, they will be automatically exchanged for one random 'Exchange Set' from the available options.
