Free-To-Play Portalcraft - How to Play
Gather Gears in the Early Game

In the early game, play cards that add low-cost Gears to your hand, and prepare the materials for your Ominous Artifact.
Apply Pressure with Exact Copy Artifacts in the Mid-Game

Continue gathering Gears from the mid-game onwards. At key moments, use cards like Alouette, Doomwright Ward or Karula, Eternal Arts to put an Exact Copy of an Ominous Artifact onto the field and build your board. Your plays will become even stronger if you can grant abilities to your Artifacts with Flight of Icarus or Carnelia, Ember of Darkness.
Use Ominous Artifact γ Against Wide Board Decks

Against decks that develop a wide field, create an Ominous Artifact γ and wipe their field with its AOE.
If You Can Finish Them Off, Attack with Ominous Artifact β

If your opponent's deck has low healing and you have damage cards in your hand, create an Ominous Artifact β and aggressively reduce the enemy leader's defense.
Aim for a Long Game with Ominous Artifact α

Against decks like Rhinoceroach Forestcraft or Aggro Abysscraft, where you want to keep your defense high, creating an Ominous Artifact α to restore your defense is effective. Drag the match into a long game and apply pressure with Ralmia, Sonic Boom's field.
Build a Powerful Field with Ralmia, Sonic Boom in the Late Game

From 8 Play Points onwards, develop your field with Ralmia, Sonic Boom. Use α to escape the opponent's finishing move, put them in Exceed range with β's burn damage, and clear the field with γ.
Be Mindful of Which Cards to Play with Ralmia, Sonic Boom Depending on the Matchup
Playing the three types of Ominous Artifacts with Ralmia, Sonic Boom is a powerful and safe play. However, if your opponent builds a strong field, play two γs. If they are aiming for a knockout with Storm, play multiple Artifacts with Ward. Being able to play various Artifacts depending on the situation makes your plays even stronger.
Finish with Masterwork Artifact

By having the parts for the Masterwork Artifact ready by turn 10, you can force your opponent to constantly be wary of 10 damage. Parry opponents who play around Exceed with cards like Ralmia, Sonic Boom or similar fibrillation tools to punish opponents and lets you seize control before they stabilize.
Mulligan Guide for the Free-To-Play Portalcraft
Mulligan for Artifact Recharge, Alouette, and Icarus
These three are powerful early-game cards that are essential in any matchup, so it's generally recommended to keep them. However, holding multiple copies of the same card can lead to a bad hand, so try to keep a balanced mulligan.
Keep Low-Cost Gear Recovery Cards
Keep 1–2 low-cost Gear recovery cards to efficiently regain Gear while maintaining early board presence.
For Aggro, Return Artifact Catapult and Hold Stream of Life

Artifact Catapult is a powerful card that recovers Gear and can develop your board with Artifacts from the mid-game onwards, but it's risky to keep in Aggro matchups because it causes a tempo loss in the early game, so you should return it. It's recommended to keep 'Stream of Life' instead.
