A Stall Deck Built to Play Armes, Depletive Demon
Evolution Control Abysscraft is a deck that uses the healing and immediate attack power of its evolved followers to stay alive, with the goal of playing your ultimate card, Armes, Depletive Demon, on turn 9. Its biggest strength is that it is great at fighting without using up all your evolution points, which lets you save them for your ultimate moves and unlock the full power of Armes, Depletive Demon by using followers that evolve all by themselves, like Fediel, Darkness Personified, and Belial, Archangel of Cunning.

Evo Abysscraft Deck - How to Play
Get Followers Out and Collect Cheap Cards

In the early game, use Reverent Demon and Ghastly Soiree to collect low-cost cards like Skeletons and Ghosts while filling your side of the field with followers.
Heal Your Leader with Bats

Use Winged Servants or Deprived Destroyer to summon Bats, then bring them back with Fediel's "Reanimate" ability to heal your leader. You need to keep your health high so Belial's super move works and Armes stays on the field.
Refill Your Hand with Bibatii

Evolve Bibatii to get the spell "Depths of the Eld Sight." This is a great move because it refills your hand while increasing your Evolution count using Automatic Evolution.
Watch Your Necromancy Points
Bibatii's Automatic Evolution is strong, but it costs 4 "Necromancy" points (shadows in your graveyard). You must be careful not to waste all your points so you have enough left for Fediel in the late game.
Speed Up Your Evolutions with Fediel and Nehan

From the middle of the game onwards, play Fediel, Deprived Destroyer, and Nehan to quickly boost your Evolution count. The goal is to summon Sandalphon from your deck as fast as possible while charging up Belial's powerful Super Skybound Art.
Use Belial's Super Move to Survive

Play Belial once his Super Skybound Art is ready. Try to stay alive by healing yourself and destroying enemies until his timer runs out. If you have a spare Super-Evolution point, you can Super-Evolve Belial to get ready to win the game one turn earlier.
Win the Game with Sandalphon

You can overwhelm the opponent with a team of Evolved followers using Fediel and Nehan, then finish the game with Sandalphon. It becomes easier to win the match if you clear the way with cards like Gran & Djeeta before you play Sandalphon.
Stall for Time with Armes

Use Armes to put pressure on the opponent. He is very hard to kill because of Aura. Even if they manage to remove him, it buys you time to get Belial ready, and if he stays on the field, you can win the game.
Save a Super-Evolution for Armes
If you plan to play Armes, make sure to save an Evolution Point (EP). He can't destroy enemies easily on his own, but if you Super-Evolve him, he can attack 3 times to wipe out the enemy team and stay on the field.
Mulligan Guide for the Evo Abysscraft
Keep Low-Cost Cards
Keep low-cost cards that are easy to play in the early game. Reverent Demon and Ghastly Soiree are excellent cards that support your early game resources. Since Winged Servants has Drain, you can force your opponent to deal with this threat from the early game while chipping away at their defense.
Keep One Copy of Belial

You should keep one copy of Belial since activating his Super Skybound Art is a direct path to victory. Since a second copy won't reduce the number of turns required for his Super Skybound Art, it's recommended to mulligan any duplicates as they are likely to be dead cards in your hand.
Keeping a Single Resource Card Is Also an Option

Gran & Djeeta, Valiant Skyfarers is a valuable draw engine that allows you to search for missing combo cards, making them a valid card to keep on their own. They can also automatically evolve with their Skybound Art.
How to Counter the Evo Abysscraft
Always Destroy Their Followers

Evolution Abysscraft uses cards like Winged Servants early on to summon followers with "Drain" which heals their leader when they attack. If you ignore them, they will attack and heal back all the damage you dealt, so make sure you destroy every follower they play immediately.
Watch Out for Nehan

Nehan has a special ability that Evolves every follower on his side of the field. If you leave enemies alive, they will all power up at once and charge up their 'Skybound Art' special moves instantly. You must wipe their side of the field before Nehan comes out.
Make Your Army Hard for Fediel to Kill

It is smart to play followers that Fediel struggles to remove. Followers with 'Intimidate' or those hiding behind a 'Ward' are safe from her. Also, any follower with 6 or more Health will survive her destruction effects.
Don't Give Them Targets to Heal Off Of
If you have lowered the opponent's health and are close to winning the game, it is sometimes smart to end your turn without playing any followers. Since this deck needs to attack your followers to heal themselves with Drain, leaving the field empty stops them from recovering.
Check Their Super Move Timer

Their "Super Skybound Art" only works if the current Turn Number plus their total Evolution Count equals 15 or more. If the number is lower than 15, you are safe from Sandalphon and Belial's ultimate attacks for now.
Block Sandalphon with a Crowd
Sandalphon's super move shoots 2 damage 5 times at random targets. By playing many followers, you lower the chance of those shots hitting your leader. Check the math, and if their super move is ready, fill the board with followers to act as human shields.
Watch Belial's Countdown

Once Belial's super move activates, a countdown starts before you take massive damage. If the opponent still has a Super-Evolution Point, they can speed up this timer. You should try to block the damage using the shield from 'Temple of Repose' or try to win the game before the timer runs out.
Save an Answer for Armes

Armes is a very dangerous follower who attacks 3 times if he Super-Evolves. He is hard to kill, but you can defeat him using random damage effects, random banish effects, or by crashing a Super-Evolved follower into him. Save a card that can do this, or you might lose the moment he is played.
