The case containing the Extended Barrel for the Magnum is inside the Surveillance Room in the Underground Storage level. The case can be found behind the control panels.
The Extended Barrel is the only attachment for the .44 AE Lightning Hawk Magnum. It increases the damage done by the already powerful weapon and reduces its recoil, making it very suitable when fighting against resilient bosses.
