After battling Nemesis in the construction site, head towards the Fire Truck. From there, drop down from the ladder and head into Kendo's Gun Shop to get the Semi-Auto Barrel on the store shelf.

Enter the Kendo's Gun Shop

Look to the shelf to your right to get the gun attachment
The Semi-Auto Barrel allows the shotgun to fire continuous shots, significantly increasing its cycling speed. This attachment is very handy when fighting against strong opponents and bosses as it also concentrates damage by reducing spread.
Occupies 2 Inventory Slots
The only downside with the Semi-Auto Barrel is that attaching it to the weapon doubles the space taken by the Shotgun.
