The safe inside the Nurses' Station in the Hospital level contains the Dual Magazine for the Assault Rifle. Just enter the correct code to open it and get the custom weapon part.
The combination for the safe in the Nurses' Station is 9 clockwise, 3 counterclockwise. The solution to this puzzle can be found in the Operating Room after you acquire the Hospital ID Card.
The Dual Magazine doubles the amount of ammo that the Assault Rifle can carry, bumping it up to 64 rounds. Very useful when fighting against large crowds of zombies or resilient mutants.
