Pull for Branze & Bransel and Teo?
Best for Physical Party Buffs and Guild War
Branze & Bransel are an attacker and supporter who shines in parties with 3 or more Attack-type heroes. They are one of the few heroes who can increase the durability of a Physical party, so pull for them if you want to Power Up your Physical party or need a hero who excels in Guild Wars.

Branze & Bransel - Rating & Skills
Secure One Copy and Aim for T2 if Possible
Branze & Bransel are characters you can keep on the field to provide support. With their Execution effects in their skill, they can fight in the field thanks to their high durability that comes with the Heal effect at Transcendence 2. They also grant team-wide buffs through their passive skills whenever an ally or enemy is defeated. At 6th Transcendence, they can revive a defeated ally on the field, but it is difficult to trigger.
It is also important to take note that their damage output isn't particularly high, and their skill can be difficult to use at the right time. The lower skill has relatively modest damage, while the upper skill can deal quite serious damage. Both skills can execute enemies; however, these skills do not have enough firepower to wipe out enemies that have a large amount of HP remaining. Because of this, neither skill needs to be set in the Skill Queue, and this hero may impact in real-time Arena, and whether the skills are used at an effective moment, it will likely come down to chance.
We highly recommend securing at least one copy, then aim for T2 or T6 if the resources are available to get.
Option to Pull Teo for Farming
Teo is an AoE attacker and an excellent hero for farming Adventure and Nightmare. If you're short on farming attackers, he's a decent choice, but other heroes can fill his role, so Branze & Bransel have a higher priority.
Aim for 2nd Transcendence for Farming
If you're using Teo for Nightmare farming, you'll definitely want to unlock his Cooldown Reduction upon Immortality activation at 2nd Transcendence. If you're pulling him for farming purposes, aim for at least 2nd Transcendence.
How Good is Bai Jiao?
Essential for Water and Dark Particle Dungeons
Bai Jiao, released at the same time, can inflict Poison and Bleed, making her a hero specialized for the Water Particle Dungeon and the Dark Particle Dungeon. She can also act as a healer with her AoE Heal on all attacks.
3 Copies Obtainable from the 1st Hero Expedition Event
She is not available from Summons currently, but you can get 3 copies from the 1st Hero Expedition event. You can get one copy by clearing a Power Up Dungeon once, so raise her and clear the Water and Dark Particle Dungeons to progress through the missions.

Should You Pull on the Costume Summon?
Pull if You Want the Costume and Exclusive Art
If you pull "Moonlit Judgment" from the Costume Summon, you can obtain Teo's Empress costume, profile image, effects, 2D animated illustration, and exclusive skill animations/voices/Base scenarios. If you want these, you should pull.
Rerun After the Summon Ends is Undetermined
Legendary costumes that appeared in the past cannot currently be unlocked with Rubies. It is stated that there is a possibility of a rerun, but the timing is undecided, so if you want it, you should pull for it now.

It's also an option to pull partway to aim for Summon Tickets and Materials. If you're lucky, you might get the Empress costume, and for example, if you get 40 Hero Summon Tickets for 1000 Rubies on your second pull, you'll be summoning more affordably than usual.

Branze & Bransel are recommended primarily for PvP, serving as an attacker and supporter in parties with at least 3 or more Attack heroes. They are also useful in PvE, and can be used as both an attacker and a supporter when clearing Adventure or the Infinite Tower with a Physical party. Also, because they have a Bleed effect, they are a viable option for the Dark Particle Dungeon.

As a wide-range Physical attacker, Teo excels in both PvE and PvP. His farming ability is also extremely high, and due to his high versatility, he is one of the heroes you'll want to prioritize acquiring.
He is highly recommended for Ruby Farming, and if he gains CT reset on his Immortality Revive at 2 Transcendence, he can also farm Nightmare consistently. He is also recommended for battles where 5 enemies appear, such as in Adventure and the Infinite Tower, as well as for Physical parties in PvP.

Bai Jiao specializes in Poison/Bleed, and is especially recommended for Water and Dark Particle Dungeons. Every attack also heals all allies, making Bai Jiao useful as a Healer in PvP and other PvE.
Poison and Unable to Recover are effective for the Water Particle Dungeon, while Bleed and Debuff Removal are effective for the Dark Particle Dungeon. With a 3-hit attack, it's also possible to remove the buff for the Light Particle. It is also a good idea to use Bai Jiao as a Healer in Adventure and the Infinite Tower.
Branze & Bransel's Impact on the Meta
Physical Parties Will Be Strengthened
Physical parties, which were somewhat declining, will be Powered Up with the arrival of Branze & Bransel. This may increase the use of Physical parties in PvP.
HP Recovery Importance Increases
For example, if an attack after Freyja's 39% HP Alteration activates, leaves a hero's HP at 24% or below, they will be defeated for sure by Branze & Bransel's next Execution skill without countermeasures like Heal. With the addition of an Execution hero, maintaining high HP through healing becomes even more important.

Ideally Used in a Physical Party
They are a hero you'll generally want to use in a Physical party with 3 or more Attack-type heroes. It's recommended to fill the remaining two slots with a Universal-type Physical attacker like Trude, or with Freyja, who has HP Alteration and Bleed, both of which synergize well with Execution.
Alternative Heroes include Fai, Rosie, and Kagura
Alternative heroes include Fai, who has Execution, Rosie and Yui, who can Revive allies, and Kagura, who supports Physical parties. However, it's hard to replace them as a Physical hero who can both attack and support.

Teo is also a Physical hero, so you'll generally want to include him in a Physical party. However, Teo himself doesn't have any synergy effects with other Physical heroes, so it's also viable to use him as an attacker in non-Physical parties.
Alternative Heroes are Kyle and Klahan
Alternative heroes include Kyle and Klahan, who are also high-damage, wide-range Physical attackers. If you already have these heroes, there's less need to pull for Teo this time.
