In-Game Events

In-Game Events are available for all players, regardless of their location in the world. To participate, all you need to do is to log in to the game, and start playing! In-Game Events allow you to enjoy several benefits. Check them out in the list below.

Benefits of In-Game Events

Boosted XPYou will earn more XP when participating in an event when compared to playing the game normally
More EncountersMore Pokemon will start appearing in the wild, allowing you to catch more Pokemon
Earn More StardustStardust that you earn from doing activities will increase
Hatch Eggs FasterLess distance is needed to hatch eggs during the event

Real World Events

Real World Events are held in specific regions of the world! You will not be able to participate in these events unless you head to the event's location, and log into the game! Just like in-game events, real world events also have their benefits!

Benefits From Real World Events

Region Specific PokemonPokemon that usually appear in specific countries have a chance to appear at venues
Rare Pokemon AppearanceRare Pokemon such as Unown and Larvitar have a higher chance of appearing during these events
Special EggYou will get the chance to receive a special 2km egg from the venue's Poke Stop
Special RaidRaid Bosses that normally do not appear in Raid Battles have a chance to appear
