How To Transmog Weapons & Armor
Choose "Transmog" Option In Loadout

To transmog your equipment, you simply need to go into your Loadout menu and click the piece you want to change. Look for the "Transmog" button at the bottom of the options to start changing your item's appearance.
Choose Transmog Design In Options

After choosing the piece you want to transmog, you need to choose the design to change it into. You can only choose from the pieces you've already crafted, those you've purchased from the shop, or received as rewards from the Hunt Pass.
Consume 1 Transmog Stone To Transmog

In order to transmog a weapon or armor piece, you need a Transmog Stone. These can be purchased in the Dauntless store for Platinum. You will always consume 1 Transmog Stone with every transmog, even if that item has been modified before.
Purchased / Permanent Cosmetic Skin Transmogs Are Free

Skins that you have purchased or unlocked from the Hunt Pass will not use up any Transmog Stones when you want to change your equipment to them.

Choose the "Dye" Option In Loadout

Choose a piece of armor whose pigment you want to change and click the "Dye" option at the bottom. From there, you'll see your list of available & locked Dyes plus the color palette you can customize.

Your chosen piece of armor will have a color palette that you can personalize with different Dyes. You can choose which parts will be colored what color, depending on which square you pick.
Dye-ing Armor Doesn't Need Transmog Stones
Unlike transmog in Dauntless, changing the color palette of your armor via Dyes will not cost anything. You don't need Transmog Stones to change the Dyes of your armor.
Get Dyes From Quests, Store, Or Heroic Behemoths

You can get Dyes by completing quests, purchasing them in the Dauntless Store with Platinum, or as a random chance drop from Heroic level Behemoths.
Emotes & Other Customizable Options
Emotes Personalize Your Slayer

Another cosmetic option in Dauntless is playing emotes while you're on the hunt. You can also change your Signal Flare and your Hunt Arrival emoticon to give you that extra personalization in the game.
