Use Fighting Or Ground Pokemon In Battle
Dialga is a very sturdy Pokemon to fight, being a Dragon & Steel Type. It's best to use Fighting or Ground Pokemon to counter his strengths.
Don't Use Dragon Types
Dialga will easily take out any Dragon Pokemon you bring into battle. Dragon Types are weak against fellow Dragon Pokemon so it's best to bench them in this raid boss battle.
IV & CP Reference Chart
100% IV Dialga Has 2522 CP
If you're hunting for a 100% IV Dialga, check its CP after you defeat it in the raid battle. A Dialga with CP 2522 is for sure 100% IV.
Dialga Has Higher CP In Snowy / Windy Weather

When there is snow or the weather is windy, a 100% IV Dialga will have a CP of 2884, making it very tough to bring down or defeat. Be prepared with a strong line-up of counter Pokemon.
