How to get to Yo'ster Isle
Clear Pipe Dungeon
Enter the Pipe Dungeon located just before Booster Tower, and proceed to the very end to find the pipe leading to Yo'ster Isle.
Things to do on Yo'ster Isle
First, ride Yoshi
Mario cannot talk to Yoshi as is, but he can converse with the Yoshi at the starting line of the race track. First, talk to this Yoshi, select "Want to ride," and then jump onto its back.
Get cookies from the Red Yoshi
Once riding Yoshi, you can talk to other Yoshis. There's a Red Yoshi at the finish line of the race track, so talk to it to get cookies.
Win the race against the Blue Yoshi with sunglasses
Talk to the Blue Yoshi wearing sunglasses to challenge it to a race. Winning will unlock the "Yoshi Race" minigame.
If you lose, talk to the Red Yoshi again
If you lose the race against the Blue Yoshi, talk to the Red Yoshi again. You can get more cookies, allowing you to challenge the Blue Yoshi once more.
Talk to Yoshi and get 3 cookies
After winning the race against the Blue Yoshi, talk to Yoshi to receive 3 "Yoshi Cookies".

- Challenge Yoshi Race
- Give to Baby Yoshi
- Use as a battle item
The main way to increase Yoshi Cookies is by betting them on races. Increase your cookies, give them to Baby Yoshi, and receive rewards. They can also be used as battle items; if successful, they can turn enemies into items.
Baby Yoshi appears after Peach joins the party
If you come to Yo'ster Isle at the earliest possible time, Baby Yoshi will not be there. It appears after Princess Peach joins your party, so save giving cookies for later.
