[Early Game] Respawning Treasure Chests in Kero Sewers

The treasure chests with Shy Guys on them in the deepest part of Kero Sewers will respawn if you leave and re-enter the area. You can get 5 coins per chest, and since there are 4 chests, you can collect a total of 20 coins.

[Early Game] Sell the Lucky Pouch

[Early Game] Sell the Lucky Pouch

The Lucky Pouch obtained in Booster Tower sells for 555 coins. You can use it in battle to earn 1 coin repeatedly, but it takes a very long time, so it's recommended to just sell it.

[Early Game] Use Yoshi's Cookie

[Early Game] Use Yoshi

If you use a Yoshi's Cookie during battle, Yoshi will appear and eat an enemy. If he can't eat the enemy, a Yoshi's Candy will appear, which can be sold for 70 coins.

Bubbles are Recommended

The Bubbles in Pipe Vault have a low chance of being swallowed by Yoshi. This allows you to mass-produce Yoshi's Candies, making it easy to farm coins.

[Mid Game] Play Belome's Fortune Telling

[Mid Game] Play Belome

At Belome Temple, the fortune telling that costs 50 coins will give you 100 coins if you hit the statues in the order of Right → Middle → Left. You can do this as many times as you want, so you can easily farm coins in a short amount of time by repeating it.

[Mid Game] Stomp on Ant Troopers

[Mid Game] Stomp on Ant Troopers

The Ant Troopers that appear from the three whirlpools in Land's End give you 10 coins when stomped on. If you stomp them three times in a row, you can get not only coins but also a Frog Coin, so this is recommended if you want to collect Frog Coins at the same time.

[Late Game] Infinite Coin Chest in Bowser's Keep

[Late Game] Infinite Coin Chest in Bowser

After defeating Magikoopa in Bowser's Keep, a treasure chest that gives out infinite coins will appear. You only get 1 coin at a time, but you can easily farm coins just by mashing the B button.

[Late Game] Defeat Hippopos in the Weapon World

[Late Game] Defeat Hippopos in the Weapon World

Equip the Bright Card accessory and defeat the "Hippopo" that appears in the Weapon World to get 100 coins. You can also farm experience points at the same time, so this is recommended if you also want to level up at the same time.

Use the Lucky Hammer

Use the Lucky Hammer

The Lucky Hammer, which can be purchased in Ripple Town, is a weapon that always triggers a Lucky flower when used in battle. If the coins are doubled, you can earn 200 coins. However, its attack power is low, so make sure to properly level up characters other than Mario.

[Late Game] Defeat Yaridovich in the Weapon World

[Late Game] Defeat Yaridovich in the Weapon World

The Mass-produced Yaridovich that appears before the entrance to the Factory in the Weapon World is also recommended. You can get 50 coins, and the appealing part is that they repeatedly fall and automatically start battles just by standing still.

Coin Farming Tips

Equip the Bright Card

Equip the Bright Card

There is an accessory called the Bright Card that doubles the coins earned in battle. Just by keeping it equipped at all times outside of boss fights, you will have less trouble with coin shortages.

You can hold a maximum of 9999 coins. You can't get any more than that, so be mindful of the limit.

Setting the difficulty to Breezy has the benefits of lowering enemy HP and increasing EXP gained. This is also recommended if you want to farm experience points while collecting coins.
