This is the Moleville Mines walkthrough for Super Mario RPG Remake. It covers the switch locations, hidden treasure chests, and secret areas in Mario RPG's Moleville Mines.

Walkthrough for Your First Visit

Climb the Steps Immediately to the Right After Entering

Moleville Mines

Immediately after entering Moleville Mines, climb the steps on your right. There's no particular need to go left as there are enemies there.

Hidden Treasure Chest 1.

Moleville Mines

Upon entering Moleville Mines, proceed to the left to find a hidden treasure chest.

Hidden Treasure Chest 2.

Moleville Mines

There's a hidden treasure chest just before you proceed to the next area, so be sure to open it.

There's a Frog Coin

Moleville Mines

You can get a Frog Coin by examining the bud near the entrance.

Press the Switch in the Alcove

Switch

In the second area, don't climb the steps; proceed along the ground towards the back. You'll see an alcove; enter it and jump to press the hidden switch. This will defeat all the Shymore hidden on the rocks above.

There's a Flower in the Back

If you continue along the ground to the back, a Flower is blooming. Pick it up to increase your max FP.

Monster List Filling Service Available

Moleville Mines

Where you pressed the switch, there's a person who will fill in your Monster List for 3 Frog Coins. However, the entries are random, so use this when you have monsters you just can't seem to find.

Climb the Rocks to Proceed

Moleville Mines

Climb the rocks to reach the exit of Moleville Mines. After exiting, head to the next area, "Booster Tower".

Walkthrough After Clearing Booster Tower

Press the Switch on the 4th Floor of Booster Tower

Booster Tower

Pressing the green switch on the 4th floor of Booster Tower will change the terrain in Moleville Mines, allowing you to access a hidden area.

A Hidden Map Appears Immediately to the Left Upon Entering Moleville Mines

Moleville Mines

Upon entering Moleville Mines and proceeding immediately to the left, an entrance to a hidden map will appear. Enter it.

Treasure Chests After Crossing Narrow Platforms

Moleville Mines

Jump across the narrow platforms, and you'll find 3 treasure chests in the back. If you fall, you'll have to start over from the previous area, so proceed cautiously.

Sub-Events and Trivia

Proceeding Through the Hidden Passage Wipes Out the Shymore

Proceeding Through the Hidden Passage Wipes Out the Shymore

If you proceed to the end of the hidden passage, the Shymore on the cliff above will be wiped out.
