This key is used to enter a room in Belome Temple that contains many valuable items. Its usage is unique, so be sure to check the procedure.
Draw a Fortune at Belome Temple
Once you get the key, go to Belome Temple, draw a fortune, and listen for the line "It's time for bed, so don't bother me.". You can redraw the fortune by returning to the previous room once.
Go Down and Feed the Key to Belome
After that, go down and feed the Temple Key to Belome, and you will be able to enter the item room.

Enter the Room Below the Key in Monstro Town
In Monstro Town, enter the room that has a key above it.
Talk to the Thwomp Inside 7 Times
If you talk 7 times with the Thwomp inside, a vibration will occur, causing the key outside to fall so you can pick it up.
Go Outside and Touch the Key to Obtain It
When you go outside, the key will have fallen from the cliff. Touch it to obtain the "Temple Key".
