Challenge the secret boss

Mario RPG Remake_Secret Boss

Behind the sealed door in Monstro Town lies the secret boss "Culex". He is a top-tier boss, as strong as or stronger than the final boss, so prepare thoroughly before challenging him.

Attempt 100 Super Jumps

Mario RPG Remake_Super Jump

Achieving 100 "Super Jumps" is arguably the most difficult action element in the game. If successful, you can obtain the strongest equipment "Super Suit".

Current highest count can be checked in Monstro Town

Mario RPG Remake_Super Jump Count

The current highest count can be checked in the second house from the left in Monstro Town. Also, you'll receive rewards for achieving a certain number of successful jumps, so talk to them after updating your record.

Complete the monster list

Mario RPG Remake_Monster List

There is a "Monster List" that fills up as you fight monsters. You can check everything from basic monster information to "what they're thinking", so try to complete it for all monsters.

Can also be filled in Pipe Vault

Mario RPG Remake_Pipe Vault

In Pipe Vault, you can investigate one random monster for 3 Frog Coins. It requires a lot of coins to fill everything, but if you only have a few left, it's recommended to fill them here.

Aim to complete all hidden treasure chests

Mario RPG Remake_Hidden Treasure Chest

There are treasure chests that are normally invisible but appear when you jump, so opening all of them is one of the completionist elements. The number of remaining hidden treasure chests can be checked on the 2nd floor of the first house from the left in Monstro Town.

Break records in mini-games

Mario RPG Remake_Mini-games

Super Mario RPG has various mini-games. Some mini-games reward you with luxurious items for achieving high scores, so it's good to aim for them.

Enjoy all the Easter eggs and hidden elements

Mario RPG Remake_Rich in Easter Eggs and Hidden Elements

Collecting Easter eggs and hidden elements is also a charm of this game. Unique gags are hidden in various places, so search around for them.
