Expected Impact of Stat Changes
Puppet Portalcraft Greatly Buffed
Since three Puppetry-related cards are being buffed, 'Puppet Portalcraft' will likely become much stronger. Liam's cost change in particular allows you to play Orchis and then Liam consecutively, and it can now also be combined with the buffed Puppet Cat.
On top of that, the mid-cost Puppetry card Zwei is receiving a boost so expect Puppet Portalcraft to become a much more competitive option in the current meta.

Since no cards tied to the Destroy mechanic were affected in this update, 'Lishenna Portalcraft' remains largely unchanged. While Puppet Cat offers some flexible removal options and can function as a Destroy trigger in both early and late turns, the deck’s core game plan is untouched.

With Liu Feng, Goldennote Ward becoming a 3-cost card, it's now easier to ramp up play points. This adjustment makes Liu Feng a more flexible inclusion across multiple Dragoncraft archetypes and is expected to significantly improve ramp consistency for all Dragoncraft decks.

Stat Change Schedule
Scheduled at the End of Odd-Numbered Months
In Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, card stat adjustments are generally scheduled for the end of odd-numbered months—typically one month after a new card set is released. However, if the meta shifts unexpectedly, changes may be implemented outside this window.

No Changes If Meta Is Stable
If the current environment is deemed stable, no stat changes may be made, even during the usual adjustment window.
Buffs Are the Primary Focus
- Changes to strengthen underused deck types
- Changes to expand the usefulness of underused cards
The core philosophy behind stat changes in Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond is to encourage diverse deckbuilding and gameplay. As such, most adjustments will focus on buffs
Nerfs May Be Applied When Needed
In cases where balance issues arise, nerfs may be introduced. If so, appropriate compensation will be provided.
