Balance Update Policy and Schedule
Implemented at End of Odd-Numbered Months

In Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, balance updates are typically carried out at the end of odd-numbered months, usually following the release of a new card set. Depending on the state of the game, adjustments may also be introduced at other times.
No Guaranteed Changes
If the environment is deemed stable, balance changes may not be required.
Focus on Buffs
- Strengthening deck types with low usage rates
- Expanding the usability of cards with low usage rates
The guiding principle of Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond is to enhance and balance out the gameplay by promoting a diverse range of cards. For this reason, balance updates primarily emphasize buffs.
Nerfs When Necessary
While the focus may be on buffing some cards that affect a particular deck class, nerfs may also be applied if a card is overpowered or its cost is deemed too low or too high. In such cases, compensation will be provided and you can claim these on your inbox.
