Detail | |
- A Deck that utilizes Ambush to finish off the opponent with high damage - Field clearing is a challenge - It's tough when Ambush followers are removed by AOE or similar method |
A Deck that aims to end the match early with Ambush and Storm Followers
Ambush Swordcraft is a deck that attacks in the mid-game using Storm followers together with followers in Ambush. It has high burst damage and is strong against Combo decks.
Ambush Swordcraft - How to Play
Use Followers in Early to Mid Game

In the early to mid game, continuously develop your board with Followers and attack the enemy Leader. Especially, the play of buffing your swarmed Followers with Zirconia, Ironcrown Ward is powerful.
Set Up Ambush

Watch for a moment when the opponent's field is weak and set up Ambush. By keeping an Ambush Follower on the field, you can deal explosive damage from the next turn onwards.
Finish by Dealing Damage From Hand

In the late game, leverage your follower with Ambush in combination with direct damage finishers such as Odin, Twilit Fate and Albert, Levin Stormsaber. Odin's ability to ignore Ward effects and target the leader directly enhances the consistency of your lethal setup. When timed correctly, this Ambush combo enables a high-pressure burst turn that neutralizes board-based Ward defenses, maximizing reach and minimizing counterplay opportunities.
