Shorter Wait Time Between Mystery Boxes
The usual 7 days waiting time between each use of the Mystery Box has been considerably reduced! For the duration of the special event, the wait time will only be 3 days each!
Wait Time Remains for Opened Boxes Before the Event
If you happen to have used the Mystery Box before the event, you'll have to wait for the stated wait time. It won't be reduced to the 3 day wait time of the event.
Shiny Meltan Will Only Appear in the Wild
There's no indication that a Shiny Meltan can also appear when completing the "Let's Go, Meltan" Special Research. The only place a Shiny Meltan is confirmed to spawn is in the wild through the Mystery Box.
