Clear the Trials to Collect 7 Keys

In Ocarina of Time, the goal of the Gerudo Training Ground is to collect 7 of the 9 available keys. Complete the trials in each room and collect keys as you progress through the training ground. Since several key items are required to clear it, we recommend attempting it after completing the Spirit Temple.

Failed Timed Trials Restart the Room

Some trials in the Gerudo Training Ground have a time limit, but failing one simply returns you to the beginning of the same room. As long as you don't run out of health, you can retry without any real penalty.
Fastest Route to the Ice Arrow

Enter the Left Door from the Entrance

First, open the door on the left side of the entrance and enter the room.
Defeat the Stalfos to Get a Key

Defeat the two Stalfos that appear and collect the Small Key from the treasure chest. Then proceed to the next area.
Collect 5 Silver Rupees to Open the Door

Collect all 5 Silver Rupees in the corridor to open the door. Avoid staying in one place for too long, as a Floormaster will appear.
Collect the Silver Rupees and Head Onward

Once you collect all the Silver Rupees scattered throughout the area, the door will open. Head inside to continue.
Use Hookshot to Reach the Hidden Passage

After defeating the Wolfos, use the Lens of Truth to reveal a hidden passage above the fake door. Aim at the target and use the Hookshot to cross over.
The Switch Opens the Door Beyond the Black Block
Press the switch to raise the gate on the door beyond the area where you push the black block using the Silver Gauntlets. This is not required for the fastest route, but you can obtain a Small Key and other items in the room beyond.
Shoot the Eyes of the 4 Statues

Continue through the hidden passage to reach a room with a statue in the center. From the rotating platform, shoot the eyes of the four statues with your Bow. If you hit all four within a single rotation, a treasure chest containing a key will appear.
Step on the Floor Switch to Get a Key

From the statue room, head to the room in the direction the Hookshot target is facing. Break the statue against the wall with the Megaton Hammer, then step on the floor switch to obtain a key.
Get the Small Key on the Elevated Platform

Once you reach the lava area, cross the platforms and play the Song of Time in the center. When the platform appears, climb up to obtain the Small Key.
The Room Beyond the Platform Is Optional
Continuing from the Small Key location leads to a room with a chest in the center, but you can skip this room, as opening the door will leave you with too few keys.
Collect 5 Silver Rupees to Open the Door

Collect the 5 Silver Rupees in the lava area to open the door leading to the next room.
Collect 5 Silver Rupees Underwater to Get a Key

Clear the Block of Time using the Song of Time, then collect the 5 Silver Rupees scattered underwater to obtain a key. After that, return to the lava area and head left.
Defeat the Dinolfos and Beamos to Get a Key

Defeat the Dinolfos and Beamos that appear to get a key. You should have 6 Small Keys by this point.
Return to the Entrance and Use the Front Door

Head back to the entrance, and this time go through the door directly in front of the training ground's entrance.
Go Through the Door on the Left After Entering

Once inside, unlock the door on the left and proceed forward. Avoid going right, as doing so will leave you short on keys.
Climb the Fence and Get the 2nd Floor Key
After opening the first door, climb the wire fence beside it and collect the Small Key from the treasure chest on the 2nd floor.
Return to the 1st Floor and Use the Key to Continue

Go back to the 1st floor, use the keys you've collected to open the door, and head onward.
Get the Ice Arrow to Finish

Collect the Ice Arrow from the chest at the very end to complete the walkthrough.
