In Ocarina of Time, there are 6 types of items that can have their carrying capacity increased. Since increasing your capacity will make things more convenient, it is recommended to upgrade them all.

How to Increase Deku Nut Carrying Capacity

In Ocarina of Time, you can carry up to a maximum of 40 Deku Nuts. To increase your carrying capacity, you will need to purchase an Item from Business Scrub and participate in the Forest Stage.

Business Scrub is located in the Lost Woods

Location of the Business Scrub who sells the Big Deku Nut Bag in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

By breaking the rock in front of the Sacred Forest Meadow and entering the pit, you can meet Business Scrub who sells the Big Deku Nut Bag.

The Forest Stage can be accessed in the Lost Woods

Enter the Lost Woods from Kokiri Forest, proceed "Right → Left → Right → Left → Left", and enter the invisible pit near where the butterflies are flying to participate. Also, be aware that there is a bug where if you have obtained the Poacher's Saw even once and then show the Mask of Truth, you will be unable to obtain the Biggest Deku Nut Bag.

Enter the Lost Woods from Kokiri Forest, proceed "Left → Left", and you will find Business Scrub who sells the Big Deku Stick Bag. Use the image as a reference and head on over.

Enter the Lost Woods from Kokiri Forest, proceed "Right → Left → Right → Left → Left", and enter the invisible pit near where the butterflies are flying to participate. Also, please note that you need to participate wearing the Skull Mask to obtain the Biggest Deku Stick Bag.

In Ocarina of Time, you can carry up to a maximum of 50 Deku Seeds. You will need to complete the shooting galleries in Hyrule Castle Market and the Lost Woods to increase your capacity.

In Ocarina of Time, by upgrading your wallet you can carry up to a maximum of 500 Rupees. Wallet upgrades require Gold Skulltula tokens, so make sure to travel around and collect them.

Stop the Runaway Goron with a Bomb

The runaway Goron is in Goron City. Time your bomb placement carefully and try to make it explode at just the right moment.
