Post-Game Content
The post-game content for Ocarina of Time includes finishing side quests, completing collectibles, and getting all minigame rewards.
Finish Side Quests (Trading Item)

If you haven't finished the side quests (Trading Item) that are unrelated to the main story, you should complete them. In the Adult Era Trading Item Event, you can eventually trade for the Biggoron's Sword, which is twice as powerful as the Master Sword.
Complete Collectibles
Ocarina of Time has many collectibles, such as Gold Skulltula Tokens and Heart Pieces. Each provides rewards that increase your maximum capacity for things like Rupees or your max hearts, so let's aim for 100% completion.

No Unlockable Elements
There aren't any special unlockable elements after clearing Ocarina of Time. Even if you load a cleared save file, the content available to you remains exactly the same as before you finished the game.
Saving Right Before the End Is a Must
Ocarina of Time does not have a post-clear save feature, so when you resume the game, it will start from your last manual save point. Be careful, because if you don't save right before the end, your story progress will be reverted so be careful.
