The Graveyard Digging Tour in Ocarina of Time can be attempted in the Kakariko Village Graveyard as a Child at night between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm. Until that time, you need to wait for time to pass at an outdoor field.

The Graveyard Digging Tour in Ocarina of Time is a minigame where, when Dampe is in a spot where he can dig, you pay 10 Rupees to have him dig for you to obtain a "Piece of Heart" or "Rupees". The prize location is random every time.

You win a prize in the Graveyard Digging Tour by having Dampe dig when he is on soil. Be aware that having him dig when he is on stone will never yield a prize.

Since the location of the Piece of Heart is random, if it doesn't appear after one tour, re-enter the Graveyard to reset it. It is recommended to shorten travel time by moving the second gravestone from the left in the first row and the fourth from the right in the second row, falling into the revealed hole, and returning to the graveyard.

In the Graveyard Digging Tour minigame, you can use the Switch version's Save Anywhere feature to get the Piece of Heart without wasting Rupees. Keep in mind that this is different from the original game experience, so consider it one of your options.

You Can Get 5 Rupees by Moving a Gravestone

You can earn funds for digging by moving gravestones to get 5 Rupees. Rupees won't appear from gravestones that reveal a hole when moved, but you can get 5 Rupees from two other random locations. By entering and exiting the Graveyard to reset it, you can get 5 Rupees as many times as you want by moving gravestones.
