Act 8 Bosses Guide
Long-Range Recommended for First Boss
The first boss, Black Horned Mask, is a close-range boss that has two charging attacks that take a while to deal damage. Since it's centered on him, you can use a ranged DPS to kite his attacks. Or you can move away from the range to dodge it.
Save Tag Points for Second Boss Counters

The second boss, Jude, is an easier boss to fight and often uses a Counterable attack. Save Tag Points to counter the frequent blue attacks and gain more Magic Points.
Third Boss Uses Both Melee and Ranged Attacks

Golgius uses both melee and ranged attacks that are both dodgeable. He has a charging attack that follows the character, but dashing at the last few seconds can evade it.
Golgius Turns Invisible Halfway Through the Fight

Once you deal enough damage to the third boss, he will turn fully invisible, but the target marker will still show his position. It can be difficult to determine what attack he will use, so defeat him quickly once he's invisible.
Fourth Boss Frequently Uses AoE Knockback

The fourth boss, Ruin, uses an AoE attack that can easily knockback characters if caught in its range. While it has a wide range, it can easily be avoided by going behind Ruin or using Crowd Control characters like Bug who can Taunt the enemies.
Move to Boss's Side or Rear to Avoid AoE

Freesia uses an AoE attack that has a wide range in front of her. Dash to her side or go behind her since the attack has a short reaction window.
Bring a Barrier Support and Healer

The Abyss Boss and the boss fight area can both deal continuous damage. Bringing a Barrier Support and Healer can help with survival if you drain your stamina dodging the ranged attack spam.
