Banakro - Spawn Location

Field Boss On Crescent Moon Island

Banakro appears as a Field Boss on Crescent Moon Island. Crescent Moon Island is located in the bottom right of the map, so be sure to visit once it's unlocked.

By defeating Banakro, you can obtain equipment, Enhancement Stones, Refinement Stones, and other enhancement Materials. You'll need Cube Keys to receive the rewards.

Banakro is weak to the Lightning Element. Therefore, attacking with Lightning Element characters will allow you to deal more damage than usual, giving you an advantage in battle.

Recommended Characters

Recommended Character	Reasoning
Drake	- All his weapons are Lightning Element - The Greatsword is highly recommended as he can act as an Attacker
Gilthunder	- All his weapons are Lightning Element - Easy to obtain as a 4-Star - His powerful Passive skill decreases the enemy's Lightning Defense
Tioreh	- Her powerful skill and Passive provide HP Recovery

Since Banakro is weak to the Lightning Element, characters with the Lightning Element are recommended. Tioreh is recommended as a healer, but be aware that you'll need to raise her Mastery to 30.

Banakro - Basic Strategy

Only Dash for Dodging

In the fight with Banakro, try to conserve Stamina by not using the dash button unless it's to dodge an attack. If you dash too much trying to close the distance or move around, you'll run out of Stamina making it difficult to dodge Banakro's AoE attack.

Dodge When Attack Range Appears

Banakro uses wide-ranging attacks that are difficult to Dodge. Therefore, when the attack range appears in red, focus on dodging by moving out of the attack range to minimize damage.

Position Yourself By Banakro's Legs

In the fight with Banakro, it's generally recommended to position yourself by its legs. By doing so, you'll be outside the range of Banakro's stomp attack, allowing you to fight without taking damage.

Deal With Its Turning Attack By Dodging

While you're attacking its legs, Banakro may perform a turning attack. Even while attacking from the leg side, be prepared to Dodge its attack when Banakro turns around.

Tips To Beat Banakro

Dodge Wave Attacks from Top View

When you reduce Banakro's HP by about 25%, the camera will shift to a top-down view, and waves will come in from the surroundings. They move in a crossing pattern centered on Banakro, so keep your distance from Banakro and focus on dodging.

Use Rocks To Evade Giant Wave

Banakro summons and charges a massive wave during one of its attacks. Avoid the hit by taking cover behind the giant rocks that appear while it charges.

Dodge Waves by Moving Between Them

The normal wave attacks have gaps between them. You can Dodge by moving into the gaps, so do your best to evade them to minimize damage.

Preparing For Banakro

Register Potions To Your Quick Slot

When challenging Banakro, it's recommended to register Healing Potions in your Quick Slot beforehand. Registering them to your Quick Slot allows you to instantly recover HP.

Tip!

You can register items to the Quick Slot from your Backpack. Also, Healing Potions can be made through Crafting at a workbench, so make them as needed.

Enhance Your Equipment

Recommended Level	Mastery 30 + Weapon Mastery 1

When challenging Banakro, it's recommended to enhance your characters and equipment as much as possible. You'll have an easier time if you unlock the Mastery of your team's characters to 30 and level up their Weapon Mastery to some extent.

How to Level Mastery Fast

Tip!

If you're losing about 20% of your HP from a single attack, you need to reconsider your enhancements. Review everything that affects your character's stats, such as Mastery, weapons, and Armor, before challenging Banakro again.
