Tips for Skills and Ultimate
Make Use of Tag Skills

When you switch heroes while you have Tag Points, a Tag Skill will activate. The incoming hero attacks immediately upon entry and builds a large amount of Burst Gauge. This makes it easier to trigger an Element Burst, so actively build up Points through attacking and using Tag Skills often.
Activate at the Right Moment to Stun
If you activate a Tag Skill when an enemy glows blue during their attack animation, you can Stun them. A Stunned enemy stops moving for several seconds, giving you a safe window to attack without fear of counterattacks.
Chain Ultimate Moves Together
When you use Ultimate Moves while having a specific hero combination, a Combined Attack triggers. Combined Attacks unleash both heroes' Ultimate Moves simultaneously, dealing massive damage, so it's recommended to include heroes that can perform Combined Attacks in your Party.
Combined Attack Compatible Heroes

You can check which hero combinations can trigger Combined Attacks from the Team Formation screen. You can also select a compatible hero directly from the list and add them to your team, so make good use of this feature.
Element Weaknesses Matter
Trigger Element Bursts
Hitting enemies with elemental attacks builds the Burst Gauge, and when it's full, an Element Burst activates. Enemies in a Burst state take bonus damage from attacks of that same element, so focus on attacking with heroes of the matching element after triggering it.
Avoid Hitting with Different Element

If you attack with a different element while the Burst Gauge is building, the stored element will change, and the gauge will decrease. The more you switch attack elements, the longer it will take to trigger a Burst, so when switching heroes, try to stick to using heroes of the same element.
Fight with the Advantageous Element

Enemies have elemental weaknesses, and using the advantageous element increases your damage. Conversely, using a disadvantageous element reduces damage, so build your team with heroes that have an elemental advantage against the enemies you're facing.
Switching Weapon Types
Change Your Strategy

Raising a hero's Mastery Level to 30 unlocks additional weapon slots, allowing them to fight with 3 different weapon types. Since weapons change the hero's Skills and Element, switching weapons makes it easier to run healer setups or build element-focused parties.
Example of Changes by Weapon Type
| Hero | Weapon Element | Passive Effect |
|---|---|---|
Tristan | Dual Swords Fire | Vigorous Spirit While a Fire Element Burst is active, increases the Fire-elemental damage of all party members by 5% every second for 40 seconds. (Max 25%) |
| Greatsword Fire | Sense of Justice Each time a Special Attack hits an enemy, increases Crit Chance by 1% for 10 seconds. (Max 20%) | |
| Longsword Wind | Heightened Spirit While a Wind Element Burst is active, increases the Wind-elemental damage of all party members by 15% for 30 seconds. |
Reduce Damage with Perfect Dodge
Time Your Dodges to Negate Attacks

Dodging an enemy's attack with the right timing triggers a "Perfect Dodge," which negates all damage from that attack. During a Perfect Dodge, you gain 1 second of Invincibility, so after a successful dodge, you can stay close to the enemy and continue attacking.
Invincibility During Ultimate
While an Ultimate Move is active, you are invincible and will take no damage even if you are hit. The invincibility window is longer than a Perfect Dodge's and makes it easier to negate attacks, so if you struggle with dodging, using Ultimate Moves is also an effective strategy.
