The Deployable Cover is a useful tool for defense and holding objectives. It protects you from incoming fire, and also lets you mount your gun onto it for increased accuracy in case the enemies decide to push in!

Breaks Enemy Line of Fire
When deployed, this field upgrade helps break the enemy's line of fire, keeping you safe behind it until the cover breaks. You will be able to use this field upgrade to secure your position against incoming enemies!
Collapses After Enough Damage is Dealt
Despite providing some cover for you, this field upgrade will eventually break after enough damage has been dealt to it. Do not solely rely on this field upgrade when engaging enemies.
Lets You Mount Your Gun Onto It
The Deployable Cover also allows you to mount your gun onto it to increase your accuracy when fighting enemies. This lowers the weapon's recoil so you can keep your aim trained on several targets!

Use To Take or Hold Objectives
The Deployable Cover is especially useful for taking or holding objectives in certain modes. Since this will increase your defenses against enemies, you can stay at different objectives for longer, allowing you to efficiently attack or defend.

Another way to use the Deployable Cover is to set it up at different choke points on the map. Narrow corridors are especially useful since enemies will funnel into these. With no room for them to hide, you can easily rack up kills!

Besides providing excellent offensive options, the Deployable Cover is also useful for defense. Since it can protect you from incoming attacks, you can hide behind it and wait to regenerate some health, or use the Stim tactical!

You can select which Field Upgrade to use in matches under the weapons tab. Keep in mind that you can only choose one field upgrade, and this field upgrade is applied to all loadouts.

Field Upgrade Pro is an unlockable feature which allows you to select a second Field Upgrade during a match. This feature is unlocked once you reach Rank 45.
