The Gas Grenade is a great way for you to weaken enemies before you kill them! Enemies affected by this tactical grenade have slower movement speed, blurred vision, and coughs.

Impairs Enemies
The Gas Grenade will lower enemy movespeed, blur their vision, and induce coughing. These make them easier to kill since they will not be able to react fast enough once you rush them while they're affected by the grenade.
Gas Affects an Area
The gas of the grenade will affect an area. Any enemies within that area will receive all the negative effects of the gas grenade if they come too close to the gas cloud.
Cloud Lingers For A Period Of Time
The cloud released by the gas grenade will linger for a certain amount of time before disappearing. This can be used to deny enemies areas and force them into chokepoints and allow you to easily kill them!

Use In Small Enclosed Spaces
It is recommended to throw the Gas Grenade into small rooms with enemies. Since it is an enclosed space, enemies will have nowhere to run and will be affected by the grenade's tear gas.
Use In Conjunction With Lethals
Lethals that deal AoE explosive damage can also be used in conjunction with the Gas Grenade. Since their move speed is lowered, they will not be able to run away from a Frag or Semtex.

You can also use the Gas Grenade to defend objectives. Throw a Gas Grenade near enemies capturing objectives to make them easier to kill before going in to defend!
