There are two types of missions in Kaiju Rush, as listed above. Aim to maximize your rewards by achieving a high total score and defeating Designated Kaiju battles repeatedly.

Kaiju Rush Area 4 Best Team
Kaiju Rush Area 3 Best Team
Area 3 Recommended Team
| Recommended Team | Hikari Shinomiya | Wang Meixing | Kikoru Shinomiya | Kikoru Shinomiya |
| Alternative Characters | Aoi Kaguragi | Gen Narumi | Soshiro Hoshina Chester Lochburn | Akari Minase |
This team setup features Hikari as the main Attacker to take full advantage of the Support effects. We've added Wang as a Support to shred the Plates of multiple enemies easily. If you're running a Wang team, slotting in Akari (Festive Christmas) is another solid choice due to their strong synergy.
Example Team without Hikari
| Attacker | Attacker | Support | Defender | |
| Team Without Hikari | Aoi Kaguragi | Gen Narumi | Chester Lochburn | Akari Minase |
The above is an example team for when you don't have Hikari. The formation is mainly built around Aoi Kaguragi, who can reduce Wind Plates, and Gen (Future Sight), who excels at breaking Plates, and both can benefit from Support effects. This is just one example, so for the Defender slot, Kikoru (Full-Power Christmas) is also a suitable choice.
| Tip! | When selecting Strategy Cards, making thoughtful choices, such as considering the score while also choosing powerful buffs for your team or debuffs with minimal impact on allies, helps you gain an advantage in battle. |
Area 3 Support Effect

| Support Effects | - The unit's Wind DMG dealt +100%. Slash DMG dealt +50%. - When activating Ultimate, SP +1. - After destroying a PLT, the unit's Ultimate Gauge +10. - After turn arrives, increases the unit's DMG taken by 10%. Max 10 stack(s). - When DMG Taken Up (Kaiju Rush/Max 10) is at 10 stack(s), after turn arrives, increases all Kaiju's DMG dealt by 10%. Max 10 stack(s). |
The Support effects for Area 3's "Focused Gale" are listed above. Take advantage of the increased Wind & Slash DMG Dealt, SP Recovery from activating Ultimates, and the Ultimate Gauge boost after breaking Plates. Just like in Areas 1-2, some effects increase your DMG Taken and boost the Kaiju's DMG Dealt, so be careful with your team's durability.
Kaiju Rush Area 2 Best Team
Area 2 Recommended Team
| Attacker | Support | Defender | Defender | |
| Recommended Team | Akari Minase | Wang Meixing | Kikoru Shinomiya | Sagan Shinomiya |
This lineup features Akari (Festive Christmas), who easily capitalizes on the stage's Support Effects. She is paired with Wang, who offers great synergy by boosting Akari's DoT DMG Multiplier. Finally, Sagan rounds out the team, protecting allies with her Taunt while also gaining advantages from the Support Effects.
Area 2 Support Effect

| Support Effect | - The unit's Fire DMG dealt +100%. - The unit's DoT DMG Multiplier Up +100%. - On Blunt attack, applies DMG Dealt Up (2 turn(s)/+5%) to all allies. Max 20 stack(s). |
The Area 2 Support Effects are listed above. They significantly boost Fire DMG, raise the DoT DMG Multiplier, and increase team-wide damage when attacking with Blunt Attributes. It is highly recommended to build a team that capitalizes on these bonuses. However, just like in Area 1, your units will take increased damage every turn, so be mindful of your team's durability and HP management.
Kaiju Rush Area 1 Best Team
Area 1 Recommended Team
| Attacker | Support | Support | Defender | |
| Recommended Team | Isao Shinomiya | Wang Meixing | Soshiro Hoshina | Kikoru Shinomiya |
| Alternative Characters | Akari Minase | - | Chester Lochburn | Akari Minase |
This setup features Isao Shinomiya (Prime Fist) and Soshiro (Ax Technique Proficiency), who naturally synergize with the stage's Support Effects. Wang is also a great pick due to her dual Attributes and ability to capitalize on the AoE Attack buffs. Since you'll face consecutive waves of Kaiju and deal with incoming debuffs, Kikoru (Full-Power Christmas) is included to ensure survival.
| Tip! | If you're running Wang, consider slotting Akari (Festive Christmas) as your Attacker. The two pair exceptionally well together for massive damage. |
Area 1 Support Effect

| Support Effects | - The unit's AoE Attack DMG dealt +100%. - The unit's Slash and Blunt DMG dealt +50%. - The more targets attacked, advances the unit's Action Order by 5%. |
The Kaiju Rush Support Effects for Area 1 are listed above. Maximize your output by using AoE attacks to trigger Slash/Blunt buffs and speed up your turn rotation. Keep an eye on your durability. While your damage potential increases over time, the damage you take also ramps up after every turn.
Kaiju Rush Strategy Tips
Use Strategy Cards to Maximize Your Score

After each battle, you can select one Strategy Card. This card will multiply that battle's Rush Score based on its score multiplier. There are two card types: "buff/Recovery" and "debuff" effects. While debuff cards impose disadvantages on your team, they grant a higher score multiplier. Your total score is determined by the cards you select, so choose them strategically to aim for a high score.
| Tip! | Incapacitated characters cannot participate in the next battle, but selecting an HP Recovery Strategy Card will revive them for the following battle. |
Designated Kaiju Battles Offer Higher Scores

Designated Kaiju Battles feature powerful Kaiju and award a higher base Rush Score upon clearing than normal battles. Therefore, prioritize selecting cards with high multipliers after these battles to boost your score significantly.
Support Cards Can Be Redrawn

You can redraw to change the available lineup of Strategy Cards. However, redraws are limited to 5 times, so use them wisely.
Check the Support Effects

Each area features different Support Effects. Understanding these effects is crucial for planning your team composition and gaining a strategic advantage in battle.
Save SP and Ultimates for the Final Battle

In Kaiju Rush, your HP, SP, and Ultimate Gauge carry over between consecutive waves. A solid strategy before the final battle is to recover your team's HP and fully charge your SP and Ultimates.
Prepare Your Team for Consecutive Battles
Kaiju Rush consists of consecutive battles against multiple enemies. Prepare your team for this gauntlet by including characters with multi-target attacks and adding Defenders to your lineup as needed for better survivability.
Consider Starting from a Higher Difficulty
Kaiju Rush has four difficulty levels for each area. Achieving the maximum Rush Score on a higher difficulty will count as clearing all lower difficulty levels with the maximum score and completing all Designated Kaiju battles. If your characters are well-trained, starting on a higher difficulty is a viable and efficient strategy.
