Ryo is a character who can grant allies DMG dealt and speed buff with his Ultimate. This allows you to act before the Kaiju or aim to increase the number of attacks.

Ryo's Passive Skill unconditionally increases the ATK of all allies other than himself. The fact that he can increase allies' damage without consuming SP also makes him easy to use.
More Powerful with Ascensions
