Zoee increases her DMG dealt based on HP lost. Every 20% HP lost at the start of battle increases her damage, stacking up to 6 times. While she gains a Shield from her Ultimate and 20% damage reduction when HP is 30% or below, both her Ultimate and Enhanced Combat Skill consume HP, so managing survivability is important.
