Kaiju No 8 The Game's Gacha Tickets can only be used in the Standard Gacha banner. While there may be additional characters in the future, you can still use these tickets right away. But save your Dimensional Crystals for the Pickup Gacha banner.

You can get Gacha Tickets immediately when starting the game (20 tickets), through the Defense Force Pass, Beginner's Guide, progressing the story, or using the Encounter Stone to exchange them for Gacha Tickets in the shop.
