First Half Stage 23 Strategy Tips

First Half Strategy

Enemies in the first half
  • Use Elemental and Physical Characters
  • Use Skills With Multi-Target Attack
  • Watch Out for Poison Attacks

Use Elemental and Physical Characters

In the first half of Stage 23, enemies have Element and Physical Plates. With four enemies spawning at once, build a team with characters that use multi-target attacks like AoE Attacks.

Element Effects and Plate Mechanics

Use Skills With Multi-Target Attack

In the first half, four small enemies spawn. Use Blast Attacks and AoE Attacks to break their Plates at once and trigger Core Exposed.

Watch Out for Poison Attacks

The `Phaneroplasmodium: Poison Subspecies` in Wave 1 inflicts Poison for DoT damage. With three appearing together, aim to expose all their Cores. If Gen is on your team, you can expose them instantly with his Combat Skill or Ultimate.

Second Half Stage 23 Strategy Tips

Second Half Strategy

Enemies in the second half

  • Use Blunt, Elemental, and Physical Characters
  • Include Multi-Target Characters
  • Use High-Damage Skills on Mid-Sized Enemy

Use Blunt, Elemental, and Physical Characters

Enemies in the second half of Stage 23 have Blunt, Elemental, and Physical Plates. Use matching characters, such as Kikoru (The Inherited Will), who can reduce Blunt Plates with her Blast Attack, or Sagan, who can quickly reduce both Blunt and Element attributes.

Include Multi-Target Characters

In the second half, two small enemies and one mid-sized enemy appear in each Wave. Use Blast Attacks and AoE Attacks to efficiently break their Plates and aim to get them all Core Exposed.

Use High-Damage Skills on Mid-Sized Enemy

In the second half of the stage, a medium-sized Kaiju appears in the center. It has more HP than the miniature ones on the sides, so it's recommended to use high-damage skills like single-target Ultimates on the mid-sized one.

General Tips

Break Plates Efficiently

In Fierce Battle Area 23, enemies' Plates are Element and Physical in the first half, and Blunt, Element, and Physical in the second half. Efficiently break each Plate to trigger Core Exposed, which slows down the enemies and increases the damage they take, then use your Ultimates.

Core Exposed Guide

Level Your Characters to 100

If your character level is lower than the enemy's during battle, you will take more damage, making it harder to achieve the objective 'Win with 0 incapacitated units'. The enemies in Fierce Battle Area 23 are level 98, so challenge it with characters raised to Lv. 100.
